"We visited here yesterday for the third time. It has always been nice but yesterday was probably our best visit yet as it was quiet (we went for late lunch around 5pm, 5 of us) and we sat near the kitchen so we had a really attentive and personal service. Khadija the owner and Fatima the lovely English speaking waitress were so welcoming and clearly wanted us to love their food and the experience. Which we did. They gave us two versions of the Morrocan warm cooked vegetable salad we ordered so that we could try different things. We had Morrocan chicken, vegetable Cous Cous, sweet chicken Cous Cous and hummus with wonderful warm Morrocan flatbread. My dish of lamb tagine with almonds prunes and sesame seeds was amazing. All washed down with lovely mint lemonade and Morrocan mint tea. Can’t wait to return."
"Fantastic Moroccan Restaurant on the route down from the Alcazaba. The Moroccan tea is delicious, so refreshing. The tabbouleh and falafel was one of the best we had ever had, so good we had to go back!"
"We had a very dinner, with chicken skewers, meatballs, Hummus, bread, minced meat triangle pastry. It was very yummy. We drank a homemade lemon/mint ice tea which was super refreshing. Service was very good and the two ladies makes you feel like you are visiting your aunt"
"First time at this restaurant. The female server was kind enough to recommend some dishes as we were unfamiliar with the Moroccan kitchen. We had three dishes we shared and…all of them were delicious! An amazing small eatery, hidden gem near the fortress. The female chef, the female sous chef and the server were super nice and it was an amazing experience. If you are in the area, a great alternative to traditional Spanish food!"
"Wow! Amazing food and you forget you are not in Morocco. Vegetarian choices are many and delicious! Moroccan salad of oven baked vegetables is exquisite and spices are unique and takes you to another place across the Mediterranean sea! Vegetable couscous is not just healthy but devine! Cooked just perfectly melts in your mouth! Lemonade is not overly sweet and refreshing. Perfect place to great food or just simply Arab pastries and teas!"
"Really delicious food! Especially the pan artesanal was yummy. The outdoor area with its plants and flowers is very inviting and precious. The waitress was super friendly and attentive! Only thing I recommend, bring enough cash, because you can’t pay with credit card. They also have a lot of vegetarian options ! Really recommended"
"Really nice marroccan place, was open at 5 pm, blessing in Spain :) Nice soup, tabule, humus, meatballs, all fresh and tasty, attentive fast service in English, nice indoor and outdoor setting. Recommended."
"Absolutely delicious. Got myself nice and burnt at the beach like an amateur and felt really run down. Happened upon this gem and just felt the food and tea healing me <3. The soup - bessara. Nom Salad was lightly and perfectly dressed. Koftas were tasty. Whole meal was lovely and it's such a chill place, up a charming little street away from the busy atmosphere. No card machine though - bring cash. No alcohol either fyi."
